The Step-by-Step Process
1. Press the SIGN UP button on any one of our pages and fill in the
requested information. Give us as much information as possible about your
needs and how and when you wish to have them completed. This step is at no
charge or obligation to you.
2. You will receive an email confirmation of your request. Please allow 24
hours to review request.
3. A customer service representative will contact you to verify your account, get
further information on your request, and determine your desired deadline and frequency
of updates you wish to receive. The customer service representative will then quote
you a price for a one-time project or recommend an appropriate package for a dedicated
assistant and send you to the order page where you can make your payment.
4. You will receive an email confirming your payment. At that time we forward your
request to an Account Executive who will assign your task to the most appropriate Assistant.
The Account Executive will be your contact point and take responsibility for proper completion
of the task.
5. The assigned Virtual Assistant reports to the Account Executive daily regarding progress.
You will receive progress reports at the intervals that you have chosen. Two days before the
project deadline we will advise you of progress and determine if any changes are required.
6. On the due date your completed project will be emailed to you, along with total time
it took for completion.
7. You will receive an email requesting your feedback, comments or suggestions. Your response
will be very much appreciated and will help us serve you even better in the future.
