The Step-by-Step Process
- Press the SIGN UP button on any one of our pages and fill in the requested information. Give us as much information as possible about your needs and how and when you wish to have them completed.
- You will receive an email confirming your payment and Client Panel access details. At that time we forward your request to an Account Executive who will assign your task to the most appropriate Assistant. The Account Executive will be your contact point and take responsibility for proper completion of the task.
- The assigned Virtual Assistant reports to the Account Executive daily regarding progress. You will have real-time progress reports on our Client Panel. Two days before the project deadline we will email you all information regarding current progress and determine if any changes are required.
- On the due date your completed project will be emailed to you, along with total time it took for completion.
- You will receive an email requesting your feedback, comments or suggestions. Your response will be very much appreciated and will help us serve you even better in the future.
