For existing account
1.Registration
Fill up the request form and information sheet. Registration is for free.
2.Email Confirmation
You will receive an auto response via email that we have received your
request. Allow us time to review your message and the services you need.
3.Customer Service
A Customer Service Representative will contact you using
the information you have provided in the request form to verify
your account and get further information on your request.
4.Receiver Information
Give us information about the receiver of the gift. Name
and how we can contact them.
5.Purchase Service
Give us information on what services would you like
to purchase for that person.
6.Message
You can give us a message that we will relay to the receiver.
7.Delivery of gift
Using the information you have provided, we will contact
the receiver of the gift and inform them of the gift
you have sent. We will explain to them how our services works
with the message you want to say.
8.Confirmation
We will contact you again to confirm that the gift has been received.
Purchase through shop cart
Purchase a Gift
You can do this without registering. You will only provide
your name, contact number or e-mail, the gift you
want to purchase and the special message for the receiver.
Information of Receiver
Provide us with the name and contact details of the receiver.
Secret Staff confirmation
You will provide your credit card information.
Delivery of Gift
We will contact the receiver using the details provided
and inform them of the gift and message sent.
Registration
The receiver can choose if they want to register or not.
If they register they can continue using our services
after the gift has expired. If not, then they can just email
or call us when they need assistance. We will just provide
them with a secret code to identify them. There is no need
to get the PayPal or Credit Card account since the services
are already paid by the giver.
Confirmation
We will call you back to confirm the gift has been sent.
