Terms and Agreements
To complete your application with My Secret Staff, you must provide us. For individuals: a.Name (also your username) b.Email address c.Phone number d.Password For business: a.Business name b.Business address c.Contact number. For purchase and payment on your behalf, you must provide: a. Credit card b. Debit card c. Bank account information d. Paypal email address The following informations are needed to process your application and future transactions with us and protect you from credit card and checking account fraud. Should the need arise in administering your account we may contact you using the information provided. Use of Information My Secret Staff will collect, store and process your information (with security) in order to provide you with our services, process your transactions, determine your eligibility to receive offers for special features or products and improve our services. We disclose information that we believe is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud or other illegal activity, or to conduct investigations of violations of our User Agreement. We disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order of a court-appointed receiver or other comparable legal process, including subpoenas from private parties in a civil action. Billing After signing for registration, you will be billed right after you have made your first request. One (1) month after you made your first request, you will receive a receipt containing the summary of the services you have used. Discontinue of Services Once the customer signed up with us and purchase a plan, it will automatically be debited every month either you have fully consume the plan you purchase or not, unless you will call us to notify to cancel your account. Communication Used My Secret Staff communicates via email, telephone and instant messengers to provide services and resolve complaints. We use your email address to respond to your application and send information on changes to services, special offers, notifications, billings and other disclosure required by law. Users cannot choose out of these communications, they will be for information rather than promotion. Security Purposes • Communication - All communication (email, instant messenger, telephone) done by the customer to My Secret Staff Customer Service is recorded and will be kept in his/her account. We retain these records as basis to improve our services and investigate potential fraud and violation of our User Agreement. • Minors - Minors (below 18 years of age) are not allowed to use our services or submit personal identification information. • Automatic Disconnection - Five (5) days before your due date, you will receive an invoice via email and a note if you wish to continue with our services for the next month. You will again receive a notification on your due date. Three (3) days after your due date with no reply from you, our customer service representative will call you to confirm if you will continue your account. If we get no answer, we will automatically put your account on hold and could no longer avail our services.
